- Respond quickly to emergencies or incidents in line with company protocols.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest service experience.
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a hospitality or customer service environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospitality service standards is an advantage.
