You will be responsible for maintaining training, compliance, and cleanliness standards while fostering a safe and enjoyable environment.What You'll Do
- Supervise the Sports and Leisure team to ensure seamless operations, lifeguard coverage, and accurate scheduling
- Conduct regular guest engagement and service checks across the beach and poolside areas
- Address guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain and audit team training records and ensure timely monthly safety and skills training
- Enforce emergency procedures, equipment checks, and health and safety protocols
- Monitor cleanliness and operational readiness of all leisure facilities
- Report and manage maintenance issues for equipment and public-use areas
- Complete and submit timely safety checklists, audit logs, and internal documentation
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role within leisure, recreation, or lifeguard operations
- Proven experience leading multicultural teams in a hospitality setting
- Skilled in special facilities lifeguarding and related certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
