- Supervise Sports and Leisure operations, ensuring lifeguard coverage, efficient scheduling, and smooth team performance.
- Conduct guest satisfaction checks, resolve complaints, and uphold high service standards in beach and pool areas.
- Maintain training records, conduct monthly training sessions, and complete safety audits.
- Enforce health and safety protocols, oversee emergency response, and ensure equipment is used correctly.
- Inspect facilities for cleanliness, safety, and readiness; report and follow up on maintenance issues.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports, checklists, and safety documentation.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in lifeguard operations or recreational facilities.
- Proven ability to manage multicultural teams.
- Skilled in lifeguard practices, special facility supervision, and emergency response.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
