- Plan and execute recreational activities and events tailored to guest needs.
- Conduct regular safety checks, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote leisure programs and maximize participation.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or resort environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate guest experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
