- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel food and beverage service role preferred
- Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable personality
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage guest needs efficiently
- Passion for food and beverages with curiosity to learn more about cuisine and service standards
- Basic organizational skills in à la carte restaurant operations
