- Greet and seat guests, providing a welcoming and attentive dining experience
- Set up tables, polish glassware, flatware, and prepare stations for service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and process them promptly
- Explain daily specials, upsell menu items, and promote cocktails and beverages
- Serve meals and beverages to brand standards while ensuring guest comfort
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and cocktails in line with service guidelines
- Handle guest payments and process transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas, reset tables, and ensure the outlet remains organized
- Address guest concerns or complaints calmly and take corrective action
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless food and beverage service
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a warm and inviting personality
- Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with a passion for food, beverages, and customer service
- Basic organizational and operational skills in restaurant service
