- Execute cash handling and banking procedures accurately and securely
- Support stock control, equipment maintenance, and security measures in the restaurant
- Maintain service areas and equipment in line with operational standards
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel food and beverage service role preferred
- Strong communication skills with a welcoming and professional personality
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Team-oriented with a flexible attitude to changing tasks and schedules
- Passion for food and beverage with curiosity to learn more about products and service styles
