- Track the performance of portfolio products against pre-agreed strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on long-term Objectives and value creation.
- Provide regular, insightful performance reports to senior management, highlighting strategic implications and future opportunities.
- Identify strategic areas for improvement to optimize portfolio performance and market positioning.
- Bachelor's degree in medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years in strategic pharma portfolio management or related strategic roles, with a proven track record of driving portfolio growth and strategic initiatives.
- Profound understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, emerging disease and therapy trends, and strategic foresight.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and advanced market access strategies of the MENA markets.
- Familiarity with strategic project management principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable portfolio strategies.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
