Job Type: Full TimeWhat You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) activities within the facility.
- Prepare and maintain H&S checklists and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor staff use of proper PPE and maintain discipline during work and break times.
- Conduct daily inspections to identify hazards inside and outside the facility.
- Maintain harmony and address any indiscipline in coordination with supervisors.
- Organize periodic H&S training and awareness sessions, including safety inductions.
- Record and report incidents and accidents, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Inspect and maintain safety equipment and ensure regular checks and repairs.
- Manage First Aid kits, replenish supplies, and provide first aid as needed.
- Lead emergency evacuation drills and ensure emergency exits are accessible.
- Monitor high-risk activities and implement waste management and housekeeping systems.
- Bachelor's degree with NEBOSH / IOSH certification.
- Physically fit, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Skilled in risk analysis, people management, and safety culture implementation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and MS Office skills.
- Prior experience in health and safety roles within warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
- Salary range: AED 3500-3600 per month plus allowances.
- Medical insurance coverage.
