- Continue growing and optimising the marketing team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels
- Manage and grow the marketing team, ensuring efficient execution of marketing activities
- Oversee brand development and marketing communications
- Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with product team on go-to-market strategies for new features and products
- Manage marketing budget and optimize resource allocation
- Oversee content creation and distribution across various platforms
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance and ROI to leadership
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in marketing, with at least 5 years in cryptocurrency, fintech, or related industries
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA or relevant marketing certifications are a plus
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities
