- Lead global performance marketing strategy across paid search, display, social, programmatic, and affiliate.
- Drive customer acquisition targets and ROI across multiple channels and geographies.
- Optimize channel mix and budget allocation based on analytics and performance data.
- Manage media agencies and in-house teams to deliver on KPIs.
- Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of the company’s global websites.
- Ensure websites are conversion-focused, mobile-optimized, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Lead UX/UI enhancement initiatives and CRO strategies to improve visitor engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with Product, IT, and Content teams to align on site updates and infrastructure.
- Own the global marketing automation strategy, including email workflows, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management.
- Ensure seamless integration between CRM, automation platforms, and digital channels.
- Drive personalization, segmentation, and retargeting efforts to enhance conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on lead management and scoring.
- Lead global SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Ensure continuous improvement of organic rankings, traffic quality, and domain authority.
- Work with content, product, and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital touchpoints.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in Forex, CFD, or financial services.
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing, marketing automation, and lead funnel workflows.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale digital budgets and optimizing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) and integration with CRM and advertising tools.
- Strong analytical background and experience with GA4, data visualization, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-moving, high-compliance environments.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
