If you answered yes, then we have some amazing opportunities for you!Description:CFI Global is looking for a strategic and performance-driven Global Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth efforts. The Head of Digital Marketing will shape and execute CFI’s digital strategy across paid acquisition, automation, analytics, and marketing technology. And will be responsible for the entire digital funnel — from traffic to conversion to retention — ensuring a data-informed, compliant, and scalable approach across all regions.Main tasks and responsibilities1. Digital Performance Marketing
  • Lead global performance marketing strategy across paid search, display, social, programmatic, and affiliate.
  • Drive customer acquisition targets and ROI across multiple channels and geographies.
  • Optimize channel mix and budget allocation based on analytics and performance data.
  • Manage media agencies and in-house teams to deliver on KPIs.
2. Web Development & Digital Experience
  • Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of the company’s global websites.
  • Ensure websites are conversion-focused, mobile-optimized, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Lead UX/UI enhancement initiatives and CRO strategies to improve visitor engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with Product, IT, and Content teams to align on site updates and infrastructure.
3. Marketing Automation & CRM
  • Own the global marketing automation strategy, including email workflows, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM, automation platforms, and digital channels.
  • Drive personalization, segmentation, and retargeting efforts to enhance conversion and retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on lead management and scoring.
4. SEO & Organic Growth
  • Lead global SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of organic rankings, traffic quality, and domain authority.
  • Work with content, product, and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital touchpoints.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in Forex, CFD, or financial services.
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing, marketing automation, and lead funnel workflows.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale digital budgets and optimizing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) and integration with CRM and advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical background and experience with GA4, data visualization, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-moving, high-compliance environments.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
