- Clean and prepare guest rooms to ensure the highest quality standards
- Assist guests with simple requests, such as providing amenities or directions within the hotel
- Report maintenance issues or concerns promptly to supervisors
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and use resources responsibly to reduce waste
- Handle and log lost and found items in line with hotel policy
- Support deep-cleaning projects and scheduled housekeeping operations
- Physically fit and able to handle a role that requires being on your feet most of the day
- Capable of lifting up to 23 kilograms and pushing or pulling heavy objects when needed
- Comfortable with bending, kneeling, and other physical activities related to housekeeping duties
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for record-keeping and communication
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
