- Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand standards, ensuring rooms are spotless and welcoming
- Assist guests by providing requested items or directions within the hotel
- Report maintenance issues or concerns promptly to supervisors
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and handle resources responsibly to reduce waste
- Record and return any lost and found items according to hotel procedures
- Participate in deep cleaning and periodic housekeeping projects as required
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the day
- Capable of lifting up to 23 kilograms and pushing or pulling heavy items when needed
- Flexible to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills for record-keeping and communication
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
