• Regularly check and restock mini bars in guest rooms, ensuring that all items are well-stocked, properly labeled, and at the correct temperature.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of mini bar items and report on low-stock situations to the management team.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, addressing any requests or inquiries about mini bar offerings.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the mini bar area and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Assist in the training of new staff on mini bar procedures and proper handling of products.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Handle payments and charges associated with mini bar items in accordance with the resort's policies.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues related to the mini bar equipment or guest room facilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, particularly regarding mini bar offerings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require bending and reaching.
