- Welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle messages; route them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointment bookings and walk-in inquiries.
- Support administrative tasks wherever necessary.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Handle sales inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on leads.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales by providing excellent service and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales logs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a front desk, admin, or sales role (UAE experience preferred).
- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Business, Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Arabic, English communication skills.
- Presentable, confident, and well-spoken with strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of UAE culture and customer expectations.
- Prior experience in hospitality, clinics, or retail environments in the UAE.
- Immediately available or with short notice.
