A leading law firm is seeking a skilled Front Office Executive with strong administrative experience and graphic design capabilities to join its support team.The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and the ability to maintain a professional and welcoming presence at all times. This role also involves supporting internal and external events, as well as business development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support for front and back office functions.Handle general tasks including scanning, printing, typing, and formatting.Support office management with assigned duties.Deliver a high level of client service, projecting a positive and professional image.Draft correspondence, reports, and transcriptions as required.Manage calendars, contacts, travel arrangements, and time entry records.Assist with reception coverage when needed.Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.Manage subscriptions, publications, and memberships.Produce and maintain design assets, including event invitations, publications, and logos.Update and maintain the firm's website.Provide support with compliance-related matters.RequirementsMust be based in Doha.3-5 years' experience in a similar role within professional services.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).Fluency in Arabic and English.FOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT Lucy Vincent
