- Design and maintain high-quality training content to support learning initiatives
- Collaborate with managers to identify short-term priorities and learning requirements
- Analyze HR data and identify trends to provide insights for business improvement
- Gather and assess performance data to identify competency gaps and agree on learning outcomes
- Organize and prepare complex learning materials using relevant software and technology
- Respond to internal and external queries regarding L&D policies and processes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role
- Strong understanding of the L&D content industry and cultural nuances in MENA
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally when required
