We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our L&D team. In this role, you will spend much of your time facilitating engaging training sessions for colleagues across the resort, while also supporting the design of digital learning resources. You'll help refine our in-person training materials and create e-learning and multimedia content that brings learning to life.If you enjoy both training delivery and content creation, and have a genuine interest in developing your design skills further, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career.Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate interactive workshops, focus groups, and training sessions for a diverse range of colleagues.
- Support in the design and development of learning resources, including e-learning modules (Articulate Storyline), presentations, job aids, and assessments.
- Contribute to making learning materials creative, visually engaging, and learner-friendly.
- Help adapt and enhance training content based on feedback and learner needs.
- Work with allocated divisions to identify training requirements and ensure sessions support colleague performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with Departmental Trainers to encourage high-quality delivery and track learning engagement.
We're looking for a confident facilitator with a creative streak and some experience in developing digital learning content. You don't need to be a senior designer, but you should be comfortable using design tools (specifically Articulate Storyline) and be eager to grow these skills further.You'll be genuinely passionate about learning and development, approachable and empathetic, and able to build strong connections across the business.
