- Organize and manage annual stock counts and monthly physical inventory activities
- Supervise daily bin corrections and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Publish PI results, highlight mismatches, and ensure reconciliation steps are taken
- Process inventory-related transactions (SNP, SRNP, GIT, SLOC, GRN, STO) accurately in SAP/WMS
- Monitor and clear aged transactions within deadlines
- Validate stock movements and system integrity daily
- Act as key contact for vendors on queries related to returns, mismatches, and billing issues
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory data in ERP systems
- Track and report vendor stock movements and reconciliations
- Prepare audit trails for shrinkage recovery, adjustments, and discrepancies
- Review daily reports such as SIH, ageing, shrinkage, and take necessary actions
- Ensure compliance with SOPs on binning, labeling, and safety protocols
- Supervise inventory coordinators and delegate daily tasks aligned with KPIs
- Train and mentor team members on SAP transactions and inventory best practices
- Provide dashboards and reports on accuracy, shrinkage, and stock performance
- Collaborate with IT/SAP teams to address system issues and improvements
- Drive system discipline to ensure no open transactions at month-end closing
- Graduate or equivalent qualification, certification in retail management preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in inventory management within retail or warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of SAP (IM/MM), WMS, and advanced Excel reporting
- Skilled in data analysis, team leadership, and process improvement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
