- Supervise daily operations of the lounge, guiding the team to provide exceptional service.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to align staff on priorities, menu changes, and guest requirements.
- Lead by example with professionalism and integrity, setting high service standards.
- Address guest requests and ensure personalized, attentive service.
- Manage stock control, inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers to meet F and B needs.
- Prepare shift reports, maintain service documentation, and record guest feedback.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality company.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience working in multicultural environments with respect for cultural diversity.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
