- Manage and guide a team of sales executives, providing training, coaching, and motivation.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Drive kiosk sales for telecom products including SIM cards, mobile plans, internet packages, and accessories.
- Implement strategies to increase customer traffic, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and escalations promptly.
- Oversee kiosk operations including inventory, POS transactions, and compliance with telecom regulations.
- Generate and present daily and weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with management, marketing, and logistics teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience in telecom or retail, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and managing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and POS operations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a kiosk environment.
