This role plays a crucial part in sourcing top talent, assisting in interviews and post interview activities in order to hire high performing talent for HQ as per business requirements, while ensuring compliance with government regulations.Job Specific Responsibilities:
Support hiring managers to source qualified candidates based on competency and assessment requirements for identified positions at the HQ. Source and attract candidates through various channels, online platforms, social media, recruitment agencies and employee referrals; thereby enhancing the quality and diversity of the talent pool.
