  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or any other related field.
Overall Experience:▪ 4 years’ experience in the Securities / Stock Exchange, or within similar operations.Job Details:▪ Carry out operational activities related to talent acquisition including preparing annual manpower planning, screening Cvs, , scheduling interviews, sending invites, coordinate interviews’ logistics including the interviews’ attendance, schedules, location, participants, and other logistics.▪ Manage interview assessments process based on the job competencies.▪ Follow the appointment procedures as per the policy and DOA.▪ Support in conducting behavioural and technical assessments for shortlisted candidates in coordination with service provider.▪ Prepare the job offer and employment contracts.▪ Coordinate and follow up with candidates and answer queries to support smooth and effective workflow.▪ Contribute to the identification of recruitment requirements, timelines, and expectations, to effectively handle hiring requests and manage the overall recruitment lifecycle.▪ Assist in searching for optimum recruitment channels (e.g. recruitment firms, head-hunters, specialized websites, global and regional recruitment projects) to identify the best fitted recruitment channels to target talent in a cost effective and timely manner.▪ Conduct initial screening of candidates’ CVs and profiles in line with defined role profiles to support the short-listing of suitable candidates▪ Conduct all the required clearance appointment process e.g. Reference, Police, Health Examination, Security Clearance.▪ Contribute to the implementation and administration of the on-boarding program and procedures for new hires to enable a smooth transition and integration in the organization.▪ Update the new employees’ information in the HC system and provide the required documents to the rewards section for payroll process.▪ Follow up the probation period and evaluation process.▪ Prepare the necessary documentation to advertise and post the position internally (internal database, announcement boards, etc.) and externally (advertisement agencies, head-hunters, search engines, LinkedIn, and social channels) to source candidates.▪ Develop and maintain talent acquisition related documents such as role profiles, CVs, offer letters, and contracts to ensure adherence to quality standards and internal documents management policies.
