Assist in managing daily guest relations operations to deliver outstanding service.
Oversee VIP guest arrivals, in-house experience, and departures, ensuring all needs are anticipated and met.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Train, mentor, and evaluate guest relations staff to maintain service excellence.
Monitor guest feedback, analyze trends, and implement service improvements.
Manage guest loyalty and retention initiatives.
Conduct team meetings to align on service priorities and performance targets.
Support the development of guest service policies and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with UAE hospitality laws and brand standards.Ideal Profile
Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
3-5 years of guest relations or customer service experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Fluent in Turkish and English; Arabic is an advantage.
Proven leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Cultural awareness and adaptability to serve international guests.
Proficiency in hotel management systems.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
