- Greet guests warmly, allocate seating efficiently, and maintain service standards
- Manage guest complaints and feedback professionally, escalating issues as required
- Optimize bookings using reservation systems to maximize restaurant efficiency
- Provide detailed knowledge of menus and offerings, ensuring accurate order-taking
- Handle function bookings and coordinate with FOH and BOH teams for seamless events
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and promote responsible alcohol service
- Make quick, informed decisions to enhance guest experience and operational flow
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality guest relations or similar roles
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
