Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Panel Builders Support in onboarding new channel partners to expand market reach. Lead the PB program local enclosure type test initatives along with sheet steel industrialization. Provide regular training, suppor the channel partners on products,systems and software. Support in Identifying sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Work closely with the sales team to drive sales through the channel. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Ensure that Panel Builders have access to up-to-date marketing materials and product information. Provide technical support to channel partners, addressing any product-related queries or issues. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities. Bachelor´s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 5+ years' experience in Sales, Channel Management, Product Marketingin Middle East Strong technical knowledge of LV Switchgear and Panel Building activties Basic knowledge in Marketing and business development activities Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage Experience in working with cross functional teams in a dynamic environment Must be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm towards working in a matrix team environment Must be a team player, eager to colaborate and develop channel marketing in cooperation with the colleagues from Marketing and Sales team in the Middle East Be flexible on working arrangements - willingness to travel at a zone level frequently
