- Develop and manage marketing newsletters, handling content planning, creation, testing, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
- Ensure email content and design are optimized for multiple devices to provide a seamless user experience.
- Oversee CRM tool utilization for improved efficiency and performance.
- Monitor and analyze customer lifetime value strategies to drive profitability.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and share best practices across the business.
- Provide internal support for marketing projects and coordinate with external partners and agencies when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing roles, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong hands-on experience with Braze CRM platform.
