- Lead end-to-end sales cycle for software solutions targeting UAE government clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored software solutions aligned with public sector requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop winning proposals and presentations.
- Drive business growth by identifying and converting new opportunities across government ministries, authorities, and public entities.
- Ensure CRM is updated with accurate sales pipeline data and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Represent the company at government and technology events to strengthen visibility and brand trust.
- Proven track record of at least 5+ years of software solutions selling in the UAE, specifically to government clients.
- Arabic native speaker with excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Deep understanding of government procurement processes and decision-making cycles.
- Strong network within Abu Dhabi government entities is highly desirable.
- Ability to build trust and manage high-level strategic relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
