The Sales Manager for Corporate & Government plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in both corporate and government sectors. This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our recruitment services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement sales strategies to target corporate and government clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of recruitment services to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company’s services.
