Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations, and shop drawings for interiors, joinery, and finishes.
  • Produce technical documentation for architecture, interior, and MEP integration.
  • Update drawing sets through all project stages, ensuring compliance with company standards and templates.
  • Incorporate design changes, redline comments, and coordination inputs from other disciplines.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure buildability and accurate installation requirements.
  • Develop detailed drawings for bespoke joinery, finishes, and fixtures, and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Support preparation of technical submittals and drawing packages for client or authority review.
  • Maintain organized project files, ensuring correct naming, version control, and layering per QA/QC procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical drawing or design documentation in fit-out or construction.
  • Knowledge of local authority drawing standards and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with materials, construction techniques, and drawing conventions used in the UAE.
Key Competencies:
  • Strong technical drawing and detailing skills for interior fit-out projects.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to convert design sketches into precise construction drawings.
  • Understanding of construction methods, finishes, and joinery.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD required; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other tools is a plus.
