We are seeking a qualified and experienced Fit Out Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in interior fit-out and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring project delivery within quality, time, and cost parameters.Key Responsibilities
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
- Supervise and monitor site activities for smooth execution of fit-out works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely material delivery.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Prepare project schedules, manpower deployment, and material procurement lists.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and client requirements.
- Attend client and consultant meetings to provide updates.
- Manage project handover, snagging, and final documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out (residential, commercial, or retail).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, finishing works, and joinery.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License (advantage).
