Interior Fit Out Supervisor

• Responsible for the supervision of all interior site works, including labour force, quality control and coordination with management
• Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering to ensure that electrical systems, installations, and equipment meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, Site requirements and high attention to detail
• Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards
• Should be able to perform setting-out plans as per approved drawings
• Material and manpower planning and management
• Should be able to work with a high accuracy and handle the workplace requirements efficiently
• Responsible for all joinery fit outs
• Residential Buildings Fit Outs and Commercial and or Office Fit Outs
• Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Supervise teams of Carpenters and technicians
• Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and Time management

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in building maintenance.
• Diploma Degree or Technical (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent).
