As a Client Relations Officer / Hostess, you will be the face of our company, responsible for creating a positive first impression. Your role involves welcoming clients, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring their experience is exceptional. You will also be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist clients by answering inquiries and guiding them through our services/products.
- Manage bookings efficiently.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Handle client feedback and complaints gracefully, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
- Previous experience as a hostess, client relations officer, or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- English language is a must, additional languages is an advantage.
