- Maintain accurate records and files, including employee documentation and office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate communication between departments and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are managed.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as required, including data entry and document preparation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
