- Oversee strategic international labor relations with a focus on bilateral ties and cooperation agreements
- Align departmental efforts with international organizations and regional Gulf labor policy tracks
- Supervise reporting, unit coordination, and eliminate duplication of tasks across the department
- Draft and review agreements, MoUs, and technical cooperation proposals with labor-exporting countries
- Participate in high-level bilateral committees and represent the organization in regional engagements
- Analyze labor law updates in partner countries and coordinate with UAE stakeholders for alignment
- Monitor department KPIs, evaluate service performance, and lead improvement initiatives
- Guide internal change management, team-building efforts, and continuous capacity development
- Ensure strategic implementation and follow-through on signed international labor cooperation frameworks
- Submit detailed reports on performance metrics, collaboration results, and policy outcomes to senior leadership
- PhD in International Relations with minimum 4 years of experience
- Strong background in international relations, labor policy, and government negotiations
- Experience working with GCC states, international labor-exporting countries, or bilateral committees
- Proven leadership in cross-border collaboration, public sector governance, and high-level stakeholder management
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and diplomatic communication skills
- Certified Digital Marketing Specialist
- Professional Diploma in Smart Government Communication
- Certified Product Manager
