- Lead the implementation of public policy and diplomatic files to fulfill the country's obligations under international law
- Supervise multiple sub-units within the department to ensure efficiency and eliminate overlapping functions
- Develop and monitor strategic and operational plans in line with national cooperation goals
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive portfolio of international organizations and related national initiatives
- Track performance indicators, conduct department reviews, and submit annual reporting to senior leadership
- Cultivate strategic relationships with external international partners and drive internal culture of excellence
- Oversee policy execution related to global institutions and coordinate with domestic agencies for alignment
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of operational procedures, KPIs, and departmental quality standards
- Manage core administrative activities such as budgeting, planning, reporting, and service delivery oversight
- Foster a collaborative and continuously learning team environment that supports innovation and accountability
- PhD in International Relations with a minimum of 4 years of leadership experience
- Strong track record in policy leadership, international relations, or strategic planning in a public sector environment
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems across global and national entities
- Expertise in administrative management, public diplomacy, and compliance with international frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication, planning, and team-building skills
