The ATM-CDM-ITM Application Support Engineer - Dubai, UAE will provide production and technical support for ATM, CDM, ITM, and related banking applications. The role requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, monitoring production systems, and ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA timelines.Core Duties
- Provide end-to-end production support for ATM, CDM, ITM, and Aptra Activate/ATMX applications
- Monitor systems proactively and resolve incidents with accurate root cause analysis
- Troubleshoot and fix software and hardware issues in ATM/CDM/ITM/BCDM machines
- Ensure production issues are resolved within SLA and maintain system availability
- Manage outsourced vendors to meet project and service delivery timelines
- Handle incident management, problem management, change reviews, and deployments
- Support multiple banking applications and ensure stability across environments
- Document issues, resolutions, and root cause investigations for continuous improvement
- 3-6 years of experience in application production support within the banking/financial domain
- Strong knowledge of ATM/CDM/ITM hardware, software, and transaction flows
- Experience with Aptra Activate, ATMX, and related applications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting logs, ATM/CDM networking, and production issues
- Knowledge of ISO8583, switching standards, and APIs ecosystem
- Familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, JSON, XML, and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and basic MongoDB knowledge
- Strong incident management, problem management, and RCA skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal stakeholders
