- Troubleshoot application issues and escalate to development or infrastructure teams when required
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term preventive measures
- Manage application support and optimization using AWS services
- Collaborate on incident, problem, and change management following ITIL processes
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and banking regulations
- 4-8 years of experience in application support, preferably within banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of internet and mobile banking platforms
- Hands-on experience with AWS for monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployments
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
