- Lead the training team to ensure delivery of brand-aligned, sales-driven training programs
- Design cost-effective, impactful learning initiatives for store staff and leadership teams
- Collaborate with HR and operations to assess performance metrics and training effectiveness
- Continuously review and improve training content to ensure relevance and quality
- Oversee LMS usage, training feedback analysis, and performance tracking systems
- Facilitate product knowledge rollouts for new brand launches across the retail portfolio
- Implement in-store learning programs, mock sessions, and feedback loops to boost sales conversion
- Organize mystery shopping assessments to evaluate and enhance service delivery
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and ensure adherence to learning best practices
- 5+ years of experience in L&D, training, or human resources, ideally within retail or service-driven sectors
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and developing learning tools
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and team leadership skills
- Proven ability to coordinate large-scale training rollouts across diverse regions
- Background in product knowledge dissemination, performance coaching, or sales enablement is preferred
- Be at the forefront of upskilling one of the region's largest and fastest-growing retail workforces
