- Develop and implement the organization's annual training calendar in line with retail objectives
- Lead a team of trainers, providing guidance to optimize in-store staff conversion and product knowledge
- Oversee all training programs across the UAE, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational needs
- Design and update learning content, materials, and delivery strategies for maximum engagement and retention
- Launch in-store and leadership development programs to boost people skills and team performance
- Visit retail stores to assess staff capabilities and provide on-the-ground feedback and support
- Organize and evaluate mystery shopper assessments to maintain customer experience quality
- Analyze post-training feedback, monitor training KPIs, and continuously improve learning programs
- Ensure cost-effective training delivery across the group while maintaining quality and impact
- Plan and manage manpower needs for the training department, ensuring optimal resource allocation
- 5+ years of experience in training management, preferably in a retail or customer-facing industry
- Strong instructional design skills with hands-on experience in both classroom and in-store training
- Ability to lead a multicultural training team and support cross-brand learning initiatives
- Proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness and linking development to business performance
- Strong communication, team motivation, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, education, or a related field preferred
