- Guide the training team to improve brand conversion rates through hands-on coaching and delivery support
- Train trainers on new brand introductions, product knowledge, and delivery methodology
- Review and enhance training content to keep materials relevant and effective
- Analyze feedback from training sessions to drive program improvements
- Conduct retail visits to assess staff skillsets via mock sessions and direct observations
- Organize third-party mystery shopping initiatives to benchmark service standards
- Roll out in-store and leadership training programs to boost soft skills and people management
- Maintain detailed training records and delivery metrics
- Recommend new tools, learning platforms, and delivery formats to enhance effectiveness
- Supervise and motivate the training team while overseeing manpower planning
- Foster a culture of continuous development and knowledge sharing
- Align training execution with operational best practices and policies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in training, human resources, or retail operations
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience designing and executing impactful training across diverse employee levels
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing business needs
- Background in retail, fashion, or hospitality preferred
