- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist with employee documentation, record-keeping, and HR systems updates.
- Coordinate leave management, attendance tracking, and related HR reports.
- Assist in recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide support in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Handle employee queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
- UAE National (Emiratization Program).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
