- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance records.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, conducting orientation sessions, and organizing necessary paperwork.
- Assist with employee offboarding, including conducting exit interviews, processing termination paperwork, and updating employee records accordingly.
- Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and training and development activities.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update HR documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, and procedures manuals.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as required.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Administrator or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
