- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, food quality, and hygiene compliance.
- Drive customer satisfaction through personalised service, prompt resolution of issues, and maintaining ambience.
- Monitor and manage budgets, cost control, and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with chefs on menu planning, promotions, and seasonal specials.
- Handle vendor relationships, supply ordering, and kitchen coordination.
- Prepare performance reports, sales analysis, and maintain operational records.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing European caf -style or fusion cuisine concepts.
- Strong understanding of European food culture, caf service styles, and guest preferences.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and maintain high customer service standards.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable to Dubai s dynamic hospitality market.
