- Greet customers on arrival or after being seated and assist with orders to reduce waiting times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to support efficient service.
- Clean and polish restaurant equipment, glassware, crockery, and cutlery.
- Participate in training and induction of new employees.
- Support the restaurant closing process, check condiments for expiry, and replenish stock as needed.
- Collect and count table linen, placing them for laundry service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Fluent in English with good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
- Ability to adapt, work well in a team, and take initiative.
- Culturally aware and service-oriented.
