Design, develop, and test packaging solutions, including prototypes and full-scale manufacturing, ensuring protection, appeal, and user experience while meeting quality and safety standards.
Lead packaging innovation and sustainability initiatives by selecting eco-friendly materials, reducing waste, and improving processes through automation and continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to align packaging with product requirements, brand standards, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of materials.
Manage packaging development lifecycle including risk assessments, validation planning, root cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
