- Monitor and control food stock and costs within your section.
- Participate in interdepartmental coordination to manage requirements.
- Stay updated on new products, preparation methods, and culinary techniques.
- Support efforts to minimize waste and maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a cook in a four- or five-star hotel.
- Practical knowledge of international and local cuisine preparation.
- Ability to work well in diverse teams and under time pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
