- Offer information about wellness services, leisure facilities, and hotel experiences.
- Monitor recreation areas and report maintenance or safety issues.
- Ensure guests feel welcomed, relaxed, and supported throughout their visit.
- Previous experience in recreation, wellness, or guest services, ideally in hotels or resorts.
- Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Energetic, guest-oriented, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
