Define quality requirements for equipment layout and manufacturing processes across MCB, PCBA, and plastic injection molding. Lead the setup and qualification of new production lines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with industry standards. Build and lead the Quality team across all workstreams, including recruitment, onboarding, and training. Drive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), including PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP. Prepare all quality related documents: Management Handbook, procedures, Management Review doc. Promote a culture of safety and sustainability through full compliance with EHS and MESH standards. Provide accurate and timely reporting on quality KPIs, supporting continuous improvement and benchmarking. Act as a core team member in improvement and PROLaunch projects, ensuring customer focus and risk mitigation. Master's degree in Engineering or related field. 8 years proven track record. Proven experience in a Quality role in a manufacturing environment. Solid knowledge of ISO 9001. Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Proficiency in quality tools: PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D. Experience in establishing QMS from scratch is a strong advantage. Proven experience in setting up new production lines (Greenfield projects) and workforce expansion.
