- Deliver engaging, interactive, and inquiry-based Business lessons to high school students in line with the school's curriculum standards
- Develop creative and effective teaching strategies to foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship skills
- Collaborate with teaching colleagues to ensure curriculum continuity and a supportive learning environment
- Adapt lesson delivery to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom culture that encourages curiosity and independent learning
- Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding student progress through conferences and reports
- Contribute to the school community by participating in events, extracurricular activities, and ongoing professional development
- Bachelor of Education in Business or an undergraduate degree in Business with a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent)
- Proven experience teaching Business at high school level, preferably in an American or IB curriculum school
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning and hands-on Business education methods
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
